Apple Mail Address Book Sync

Follow the steps below to sync Mac OS 10's Address Book (v10.3+) with UConn's Exchange server.


Go to the Address Book menu and select the Preferences command.

From the General section, click the Synchronize with Exchange option. Click Configure to setup.

Enter the following information in the Exchange Synchronization dialog that appears:

User Name: Enter your NetID here
Password: Your NetID password
Outlook Web Access Server: https://exchange.uconn.edu
/exchange/YourNetID

Launch the iSync application from within the Applications folder on your hard drive.

Access the iSync application's Preferences from the iSync menu item.

From the Preferences window, ensure that Show status in menu bar option is checked.

Access the system menubar in the upper-right corner of the screen, select the icon with the two circular-looking arrows, and choose the Sync Now command to force a sync of local Address Book contacts with Exchange server contacts.
