Setting up Apple Mail v4, iCal, & Address Book
on Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Configuration for UConn's Central Email Server
Go to the Mail menu and select the Preferences command Note: If you are launching Mail for the first time, skip to Step 3 |

Select the Accounts section from the top row, then click the + / plus sign at the bottom left of the corner to begin account configuration. |

In the Add Account section enter the following information, then click Continue. Note: the initial dialogue you see will NOT have the User name field, this will only appear once you enter available info and select Continue.

In the Incoming Mail Server section enter the following information, then click Continue.

In the Account Summary section you should see the following. If correct, then click Create. If incorrect, click Go Back and correct.
